Founder & Principal Designer
Sharon McCormick leads every project with a rare blend of creativity, precision, and professionalism. A former CPA with a background in psychology and corporate finance, Sharon brings a uniquely analytical and empathetic approach to interior design—balancing beauty with purpose, aesthetics with strategy, and budget with value.
An award-winning designer, Sharon’s work has been featured in numerous books, magazines, and newspapers, and she is widely recognized as an expert in her field. Her custom home design in the Washington D.C. area earned the prestigious Northern Virginia Home Builders Association Award, further cementing her reputation for excellence.
A passionate advocate for historic preservation, Sharon is a graduate of the National Trust for Historic Preservation’s Leadership Training Program and is known for her thoughtful work on historic homes. She has also participated in several Junior League of Hartford Design Showhouses and national charity projects, including Hope Lodge NYC and the American Red Cross Designer’s Showhouse.
Sharon is a member of the National Kitchen & Bath Association, Home Building and Remodeling Association, and the Connecticut River Valley Chamber of Commerce.
Rather than applying a signature style, Sharon approaches every home as a blank canvas—crafting spaces which reflect her clients’ individual tastes, routines, and aspirations.
